For more than ten years, Labinal has been actively pursuing an ambitious continuous improvement policy.


Safran+ is a worldwide group initiative based on the Lean-Sigma principle. That is to say a convergence of best practices aimed at continuous improvement with the Lean approach boosting productivity while 6-Sigma ensures enhanced process control.

All Labinal functions are involved in improvement.

All Labinal employee support this initiative and make proposition for innovation to improve their day to day working environment.

Michel Recatume, the Labinal Safran+ VP, is a member of the Management Board and heads overall coordination in this initiative, overseeing deployment of the improvement plans across all functions at all facilities. Relying on a network of trained in Lean-Sigma, Labinal continues to excel in its improvement process through its experienced team of Black Belt and Green Belt.
