Labinal’s commitment to quality is unsurpassed. We are dedicated to providing products on time that meet all requirements. Our stated objective of Flawless Execution (doing it right the first time), keeps all our employees focused on our core commitment.

Our AS/EN9100 registered Quality Management Systems (QMS) are structured to provide commonality in our processes throughout our many locations. While conforming to a common quality system, our sites retain a measure of independence permitting them to regularly try new approaches to solving issues. Once a new process has been determined to be successful, the common QMS permits all sites to rapidly share and adopt those best practices. A recent example is the multisite implementation of a 10 step quality process first developed and implemented at our Chihuahua (Mexico) Plant 2 facility.

Labinal’s approach to quality starts with our dedicated and professional team members. The training our assembly, technical and administrative personnel receive enables them to perform at their highest potential. For example, Labinal has trained a number of Six Sigma Green and Black Belts and maintains ongoing training programs to accelerate our progress in this area. Using powerful audit and Corrective Action processes, we can quickly identify and resolve issues and take steps to ensure no recurrence. To further reinforce commonality throughout our worldwide locations, Labinal uses the same QMS software systems at all sites. Due to the labor intensive nature of wire harness assembly, training is considered as a critical point in the quality commitment.

Labinal knows that consistent measurement and evaluation of performance is critical to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. We have developed common metrics within our business that all sites maintain in the same format. Regular company-wide performance and metric review meetings permit thorough review and analysis, and enable management to take immediate steps to address variation before it becomes an issue.
